A small patio shaded by a large umbrella and furnished with a table and chairs makes up the area lying just outside the entrance to IL FORNO, which can barely be made out from the exterior.
The interior of the accommodation is full of surprises, with charming nooks and crannies.
The entrance / sitting room has a wardrobe and an armchair with pull-out single bed; to the immediate left, one can find a truly original bathroom featuring a shower made of custom-designed waxed concrete.
A bit further on and off to the right, the sitting room leads to a romantic little “alcove” with an exposed-stone, vaulted ceiling and a wall niche which was actually the mouth of a brick oven in ages past.
The large bed is enveloped in a magical atmosphere.
As you enter the living quarters, you will find the dining area and kitchenette with an antique marble sink.
An archway made of exposed stone and brick was uncovered during restoration and serves as a divider sectioning off the living room, which is furnished with a chest of drawers and a couch with a large fold-out bed.
The window provides a picturesque view over the lush green hillside.
