2023 Weekly rates for each apartment up to 2 people

The prices in Euro listed above are weekly and include, for each apartment, the presence of two people, the consumption of hot and cold water, heating *, electricity, gas, wi-fi internet, satellite TV, bed linen, bathroom, and kitchen (with weekly change), cot + high chair on request, final cleaning, parking for one car in a private area, availability of bikes (per day).

Extra costs :

Each additional person: euro 5.00 / day

Presence of a dog (only one of small/medium size): € 10.00 / day

Children from 0 to 2 years: no cost and addition of cot + high chair on request (in the apartments where it is provided)

* Heating = it works from 3 to 10 hours a day in the periods permitted by law.

DAILY RATES

The daily prices of the apartments vary from Euro 90 to Euro 150, according to the type of accommodation, the number of people and the period.

The online direct booking form BOOK NOW will provide you with detailed rates by selecting the number of days and people.

Bookings for short stays and overnight stays are handled at the last minute, based on any availability.

During the Christmas and Easter periods, as well as any other mid-season periods, reservations are accepted for a minimum of 3 nights.

In high season (03 July / 11 September) reservations are accepted for a minimum of 5 days (with Standard Rate rate) or 6 days (with Not Refundable Rate discounted rate)

OTHER IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS

• Bookings for 6 days stay or more have discounted rates in the formula Not Refundable Rate, as published above in the “weekly” version.
• Any arrivals on Sunday (to be agreed with the managers) will be possible from 12 to 14.00.
• The arrival/departure times must be respected, any changes caused by traffic or other unforeseen events must be communicated to the mobile phone of I FRESCHI +39 338 8368 926

Confirmation of reservation:

• Reservations are confirmed with payment of the total amount or a different formula agreed with the manager. Online reservations observe the rules on the Booking Engine.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer (IBAN will be communicated in the email confirming availability), or in pay-by-link mode, by credit card for the balance due upon arrival at I Freschi, via PAY PAL with the booking live online.

CANCELLATIONS.

In case of cancellation communicated fewer than 30 days before the arrival date, and in case of “no show”, 100% of the total amount will be due.

COVID-19.

To comply with the Covid-19 contagion precautions, kind customers are invited to arrange the total payment online before arrival, as well as to send the identity documents by email.
